My grandparents hadn't painted their house in many years. Now that they have moved into the nursing home, we need to find tenants for their house, so we need to brighten up the house and make it look more appealing. The trend used to be for much darker and murkier colours, which look a bit sad and can make a small house look even smaller. I am researching the best ways to make a rental home appealing and attractive to tenants.
